Dog of the Week: Cooper

Cooper is a 12-week-old Great Dane and pit bull mix who was saved from wandering the streets of Palm Springs by a Good Samaritan.

Cooper will grow into a big dog. He is good with other dogs, cats and children, and his ideal owners would be an active family, couple or single person.

The Lovejoy Foundation is a Redondo Beach-based organization that holds pet adoptions on and from its mobile unit in the Beach Cities. This week, adoptions are held in the parking lot at at 1120 Aviation Blvd. in Hermosa Beach.
