Employers play an important role in the creation of healthy worksite environments. By creating a worksite that has the same well-being principles and support system as the community, employers will benefit from the sustained well-being and vitality of employees. This will result in improved human performance and, ultimately, increased business performance. Healthways is providing at no charge a well-being program; it is available to every employer, regardless of size or sector. This focus group will gather people passionate about making beach cities employers a model of healthy worksites.
