The Library Commission meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
Consists of 7 members. Unless otherwise authorized by the City Council, one member shall be appointed from each Council district and two members shall be appointed at large. The Commission shall plan a program for the development, extension and improvement of library facilities in the City and in addition thereto, it shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to it by the City Council.
