Join Home Grown Edible Landscapes for the second annual spring edible garden event at mar'sel! We'll start with an HGEL lecture (on the ocean view patio) on THE SECRETS OF SUCCESS WITH EDIBLES followed by a 'learn-by-doing' experience in actually planting the mar'sel garden! We'll cover planting strategies like companion planting, bio-diverse and bio-intensive planting as well as organic pest management. Following the workshop, you'll be treated to a light lunch served on the patio by Chef Fiorelli and his staff. Chef Fiorelli will close the afternoon taking you on a tour of the mar'sel kitchen and dining room. PLUS - you'll receive a special edible "take-home" gift from us to you.
THIS EVENT IS FREE BUT SPACE IS LIMITED SO RSVP TODAY!
There is free parking available in the upper public lot which is your first left as you drive down the Terranea Driveway. Look for signs. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN GLOVES, HAT, SUNSCREEN, and HAND TROWEL.
