World Caroling

Ages: 4-13 Years

Time: Thursdays 3:00pm-4:00pm

Dates: NOVEMBER 11, 18, DEC 2, & 9 
Caroling performance: Friday, 12/17 at 6pm

Join us as students have the opportunity to participate in the age-old tradition of caroling!  Sing your favorite winter songs from cultures and traditions around the world. We will have four rehearsal meetings to prepare for our night of caroling which will take place on Friday, December 17 at 6pm on Catalina Avenue in Riviera Village.  No talent necessary -- come and have some musical fun! Secular music from world cultures will be chosen to allow a variety of families to enjoy the class.

ABOUT CHELSEY:

Chelsey Johnson is a lover of exploration, creation, thinking, and playing. She graduated with her BA in Chilld & Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University, holds a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit and has been teaching children of all ages for the last 8 years. Her areas of interest and study include NVC, emergent/constructivist curriculum, intrinsic motivation, teacher action research, and reflective practice. She likes making music, being in nature, making plans, and solving problems.
