How To Find Cheap Gas In Redondo Beach When L.A. County Prices Are Rising
While Los Angeles County gas prices are on the rise, you can still find gas that's cheaper than the average in Redondo Beach.

REDONDO BEACH, CA — Los Angeles County gas prices are rising, so finding the best deals when you need to fill up your tank in Redondo Beach becomes increasingly important. At the Arco station on 1890 Pacific Coast Hwy & S Prospect Ave, a user on GasBuddy.com reported that gas was $2.57 per gallon today. At the Arco station on 2730 Marine Ave & Inglewood Ave, it's reportedly $2.77 per gallon.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose one-tenth of a cent Friday to $2.929, the sixth slight increase in seven days following a 29-day streak of decreases.
Three of the increases have been by two-tenths of a cent and three by one-tenth of a cent, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is a half-cent more than one week ago but 12.4 cents less than one month ago and 3.9 cents lower than one year ago.
The average price dropped 14.9 cents during the 29-day streak of decreases to its lowest amount since Feb. 9.

Los Angeles County gas prices are rising, but that doesn't mean you can't find cheaper alternatives in Santa Monica.
The Orange County average price dropped two-tenths of a cent to $2.893 Friday, one day after decreasing one-tenth of a cent. It is two-tenths of a cent more than one week ago but 14.2 cents less than one month ago and 6.4 cents lower than one year ago.
"Two Southern California refineries reported unplanned flaring last week, which can reduce fuel production," said Jeffrey Spring, the Automobile Club of Southern California's corporate communications manager.
"Oil prices have also risen in the last two weeks, so at the moment there is less room for pump prices to decline further, although average prices are still slightly lower than at this time last year."
