Man Fatally Shot in South Bay
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
CARSON, CA -- A man was fatally shot Friday in Carson, prompting an investigation by sheriff's homicide detectives.
The shooting was reported about 10 a.m. in the 22000 block of South Catskill Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according the Sheriff's Information Bureau. His name was not immediately released.
