TORRANCE, CA – Authorities identified the young man who was killed when his vehicle crashed on the San Diego 405 Freeway in Torrance today. According to coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter, he was Jordan Gilliam, 19, of Carson and he died at a hospital. The accident was reported at 10:35 p.m. Sunday on the northbound 405 at Crenshaw Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol, and the circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
