Charlotte Yieng Soun Pitzer was located at a hospital and was reunited with her family, Redondo Beach Police Lt. Fabian Saucedo said. She was last seen at about 11 p.m. Tuesday at her residence in the 2200 block of Rockefeller Lane. It's believed she walked away about that time, Saucedo said.City News Service
