Mourning the Loss of an upstanding and amazing community member, Alfred Garcia

Last Friday our community lost a very special member, wonderful father, amazing husband and great friend, Alfred Garcia. Alfred passed away after suffering a brain aneurysm earlier last week. Services will be held Saturday, November 29, 10:00 am at St. Lawrence Martyr, 1900 S Prospect Ave. Interment is at Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetary, 27501 S. Western Ave, RPV directly after church services.

A Celebration of Alfred’s life will be at Alta Vista Park, 715 Julia Avenue, Redondo Beach directly after interment. This is a Potluck event, and any donations are appreciated:

Anyone who would like to donate to help the Garcia family offset the costs associated with Alfred’s funeral, a “flower account” for Rosalinda and her family has been set up at Chase Bank. This account will be used for flowers and other ancillary costs associated with burying her beloved husband and our beloved friend.
