No Green Eggs, Ham at Siam I Am

's name is a play on Dr. Seuss, but the taste is anything but silly. It's a tiny place with only four tables, but fortunately, they also offer take-out, as well as delivery within a three-mile radius.

The affordably priced appetizers, lunch specials and dinners are sized just right, and start at $4.95, depending on your choice of meat. You can also try coconut soup—a Thai favorite—or one of their many curries.

I wanted a dinner that wasn't too heavy, so I chose the ginger root with chicken ($5.95) with yellow bean sauce, black mushrooms and onions. The ginger was the absolute star; the black pepper played second fiddle. 

Siam I Am has many Thai favorites. With affordable prices, a friendly staff, and timely delivery it's fairly easy to try a few different meals.
