Redondo Beach Says No To Bikeshares...For Now
The City Council has decided to put the idea of dockless bikeshare companies on hold for six months.

REDONDO BEACH, CA – Redondo Beach City Council is rejecting the idea of dockless bikeshare companies, for now. The council voted to put it on hold for six months, to allow local bike rental companies to come up with their own plans in order to compete with popular bikeshare companies like LimeBike, according to ABC7.
The city said they could be open to the idea of a program that included other cities and offered docking stations, the news station reported.
