NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Dept. of the Redondo Beach Unified School District (RBUSD) is soliciting bids to fulfill its 2020-21 School Year need for Janitorial Supplies.

Request for Proposal (RFP) need to be received in a sealed envelope to the attention of:

Responses must be delivered by 2:00 PM Pacific Coast Time on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 in sealed envelopes, three (3) copies of the supplier’s response to the above mentioned address.

Proposers may not withdraw bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids.

Proposers must fully complete the Janitorial & Cleaning Supplies List.

Proposers must provide a labeled sample of the selected items in the Janitorial & Cleaning Supplies List.

Proposers must have three (3) public school district customers complete and email the Reference Request Form provided.

OFFERS will be graded by guidelines set outlined in bid document.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any combination of proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities which may be legally waived.
