Redondo Senior Xavier Cojulun makes the French National Baseball team!

Redondo Baseball varsity player Xavier Cojulun was pre-selected to try-out for the French National Baseball Team U18 and attended the 10-daylong try-outs in Toulouse, France with FFBS (French Federation of Baseball and Softball). Xavier Cojulun (aka Xavier Cojulun-Barot) made the final cut and will play on the French National Baseball team in the 2016 European Championship U18 in Gijon, Spain from July 11th to 17th 2016. He will play along French player Melissa Mayeux, French baseball player who plays shortstop on the French U-18 junior national team. She is notable for being the first female baseball player to be eligible to sign with a Major League Baseball team.
