The monthly test is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. According to PBF Energy, which owns the refinery, the test will begin with "all-clear chimes" lasting for about one minute. The siren -- which can be heard over a much larger area than the chimes -- will follow for about two minutes.
