Skateboard Championships Returns To Redondo Beach

The King of the Harbor Skateboard Championship is a free skateboarding competition at the Redondo Beach Pier.

REDONDO BEACH, CA – Calling all South Bay skateboarders! The King of the Harbor Skateboard Championship is returning to Redondo Beach this weekend. Hosted by the Redondo Beach Police Department, more than 100 skaters participated in last year's event.

The free event will be held Saturday, Sept. 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Octagon on the Redondo Beach Pier. Helmets and registration are required, and parents will need to sign the waiver for minors to participate. Registered participants will receive a free t-shirt at check-in.
