Summer SHAPE Up!

Join SHAPE for the ultimate bikini-ready bootcamp! This year SHAPE has partnered with Beachbody, the creator of the nation’s most popular fitness programs to bring your beachfront workouts from Shaun T, Tony Horton, and Autumn Calabrese! In addition Katrina and Karena, of Tone It Up, will also be joining in on the fun! There will be 8 different classes taking place throughout the day, all costing only $5 to participate. After the workout, cool down at the SHAPE Escape resort with giveaways, shopping, pampering and more!

Shaun T is a fitness trainer, choreographer, and creator of some of the most popular workout programs including Hip Hop Abs, INSANITY, and his newest program, Cize. He will be holding a Shaun T LIVE class for all fitness levels where participants will only use their body to get the most from the workout.

Tony Horton is the fitness guru and trainer behind the groundbreaking P90 fitness programs. He will be leading two classes, P90, a cardio based workout for all fitness levels, and P90X3, a full-body plyometric routine.

Autumn Calabrese is a fitness trainer and nutrition specialist, known for her 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme programs which focus on healthy eating, portion control and daily exercise. She will be leading a Cardio Fix and 10-Minute Ab routine that will have your heart pumping!

Katerina and Karena, the ladies behind ToneItUp.com will be holding two classes: Mermaid Workout , a total body routine wich targets all the areas you need to look feel confident this summer, and the Bikini Ready Workout which focuses on all the areas you care about when you take off that cover-up: abs, butt and thighs!

Along with the classes above, there is also the option to join in on the Roxy Surf Lesson, a 1.5 hour long class for first-time and beginner surfers where you can learn the basics in a safe, relaxed, and fun surfing environment!
