Victim Found Beaten to Death Inside South Bay Motel ID'd as Orange County Woman
The body was found at about 11:40 a.m. Sunday inside the Colony Motel at 1629 Pacific Coast Highway.

HARBOR CITY, CA -- Authorities Monday identified a woman who was found beaten to death inside a motel room in Harbor City.
The body was found at about 11:40 a.m. Sunday inside the Colony Motel at 1629 Pacific Coast Highway, according to Officer Irma Mota of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The victim was identified as Dalisa Kuykendall, 47, of Garden Grove, the coroner's office reported. No arrests were reported.

Blunt force trauma appears to be the cause of death, Mota said. An autopsy was pending.
