Babe Ruth Youth Baseball Tryouts Start Sunday
The youth baseball league is open to players ages 13-15 from Redwood City to San Francisco.

The Bel-Mateo Babe Ruth Baseball League will hold tryouts for the 2013 season over the next two Sundays, Jan. 13 and 20, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Belmont Sports Complex North Field.
The Bel-Mateo Babe Ruth Baseball League is open to players between ages of 13 and 15 as of April 30, 2013.

Players may reside in Belmont, Redwood City/Redwood Shores, San Carlos, Foster City, Burlingame, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Princeton, Moss Beach, Pacifica, Brisbane, Daly City, Millbrae, South San Francisco, or San Francisco.
The deadline for new players using online registration is Jan. 12 and returning players have until Jan. 31 to register.

Fees for the 2013 Season are $300 for Belmont/Redwood Shores residents and $320 for non-residents. To register, go to www.BelMateoBabeRuth.com
Tryout times by age group:
13-year-olds: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
14- and 15 year-olds: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Players are asked to come prepared to play baseball; bring a glove, cleats and a bat.
Players may register on-line at www.belmateobaberuth.com or complete the printable form and mail it in.
WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS WILL ONLY BE HELD ON JAN. 13th, 2013, AT THE SPORTS COMPLEX, AT 8:00 a.m.
Scholarships are available based on financial need.
