Eskina Breakfast & Lunch Celebrates One-Year Anniversary with Live Music in Redwood City

Redwood City, CA – July 28, 2025 – Eskina Breakfast & Lunch will celebrate its first anniversary on Saturday, August 2, with live music by Individuo from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 3101 Middlefield Road in Redwood City.

“It’s hard to believe it has been a year since we first opened our doors,” said co-owner Kimberly Lagarda. “I first thank God for blessing us in every step of the way. What started as a dream to bring a unique breakfast and lunch experience to the city has blossomed into a beloved gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.”

Since opening in August 2024, Eskina has become known for serving classic American breakfast dishes with a Mexican twist. Menu highlights include scratch-made favorites such as egg benedicts with chorizo, jalapeño, chipotle, and hollandaise sauce. Everything is prepared from scratch to bring a homemade flavor.

“Our cozy and inviting atmosphere is designed to make you feel right at home,” Lagarda added. “We’re especially grateful to the Latino community who supported us from day one and continue to be the heart of our loyal customers.”

The anniversary event is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can enjoy live music, patio seating, and a full menu of Eskina’s most popular breakfast and lunch dishes.
