California mainstays 23rd Hour are a delight with their new video for "Hypothetically." The stunning footage captures the essence of the duo, as they take us on a ride with their light-hearted Jazz sounds. Combining forces, 23rd Hour consists of Sherry-Lynn Lee and George Paolini. This month we also see the group releasing their debut EP endeavor, Perfect Strangers, in which they will also take center stage for their release show (3/30) at Angelicas.

Creating a unique and comforting sound, the group are an absolute delight. Breezy melodies and intricate instrumentation make 23rd Hour stand out from the rest of the crowd as their sound is like no other in the current musical landscape.
