Quite often we set personal fitness goals for ourselves at the start of every year. With determination and grit (and sometimes a kick in the behind from a trainer), we hopefully achieve our goal. It might be helpful to think of our closet in terms of it's overall fitness. Has your closet gotten overweight? Is it a bit too thin?
