The Sequoia YMCA and the Redwood City Rotary Club are presenting the annual “Healthy Kids Day” event this Saturday, April 16th from noon to 3 pm at the Sequoia YMCA - 1445 Hudson Street in Redwood City.
This year’s event features community vendors, healthy snacks, games, swimming, arts and crafts, obstacle course, bounce houses, and more! This event is FREE and open to anyone in the community.

Healthy Kids Day is the nation’s largest health day for kids and is taking place at more than 1,600 YMCAs nationwide. It celebrates healthy living and is designed to help kids and families embrace a more active lifestyle. Aimed at getting kids and families excited about physical fun and activity and healthy eating, YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a signature event of YMCA’s initiative to Activate America.
