You will see and feel results, with cardio and strength training, plyometrics, run/walks, core building and body sculpting.

Monday: Strength/Endurance Circuit Course Training
Wednesday: Core Strength Training and Abs Sculpting
Friday: Mixed 8 Count Routines along with Testing and Weight-ins
Classes will be held outside. Dress for the weather conditions. Equipment to bring: 1 set of hand-weights (recommend 3-8 lbs), 1 Mat. Workout gloves and emergency rain ponchos available when needed.
