TRX Training Classes

Redwood City Parks, Recreation and Community Services has partnered with Fithab Personal Training to bring an innovative form of exercise to the community – TRX Suspension Training. Several Sessions are being offered throughout the week at different times during the day for the first time this spring. The group is limited to 6 participants to provide the opportunity for training in a personalized setting.

TRX Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise designed to leverage gravity and body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability simultaneously. The system helps to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, tighten the core and increase endurance. Set reps and cardio are used to ensure that each participant is working at their maximum effort to receive a great workout in just 30 minutes. It benefits people of all fitness levels (beginners, pro athletes and seniors).
