Yogalates is a combination of traditional Yoga postures, Pilates, lots of stretching and relaxation. This class is a great total body workout that improves posture, increases strength (including core and back) and enhances flexibility as well as balance.
It's a terrific stress reliever and helps to detox your body. You will leave feeling transformed, rejuvenated and energized. All ages, body types and fitness levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
