If I Stay, adapted from Gayle Forman’s best-selling novel of the same name, stars Chloë Grace Moretz as Mia, a 17-year-old cellist who suddenly slips into a comma after a tragic car accident.
Caught between life and death, she is faced with the decision to either wake up or die.
