Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. SAN MATEO, CA — A 40-year-old man is facing felony charges after prosecutors said he attacked a theatergoer earlier this month and then threatened a group of teenagers with a box cutter when they tried to help. Guillermo Morales was arrested by the San Mateo Police Department and ordered to stand trial following a preliminary hearing, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. Prosecutors said Morales assaulted a theatergoer before brandishing and swinging a box cutter at several teens who witnessed the attack. Morales is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.

SAN MATEO, CA — A 40-year-old man is facing felony charges after prosecutors said he attacked a theatergoer earlier this month and then threatened a group of teenagers with a box cutter when they tried to help.

Guillermo Morales was arrested by the San Mateo Police Department and ordered to stand trial following a preliminary hearing, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. Prosecutors said Morales assaulted a theatergoer before brandishing and swinging a box cutter at several teens who witnessed the attack.

Morales is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
