Photos: Kentfield Houses Open in Redwood City
Sequoia properties will begin selling 21 upscale homes in the Palm Park neighborhood.
A new upscale community is coming to Redwood City's Palm Park neighborhood.
The community will be made up of 21 single family homes, located at 1613 Kentfield Avenue.
The asking price for the units has not yet been set, but Jeri Daines, Vice President of Residential for Sequoia Realty estimates the price range for the units to sell for between $900,000 and $1.1 million with the larger, more luxurious units selling for the high end of that range.
The units will range from three to four bedrooms with two to three bathrooms. All units will also feature a downstairs half bathroom.
Daines believes that the place will appeal to a mixture of families and young couples, particularly those involved in the tech industry.
Children residing in the community will be part of the . As of now, Pacific Place is within the boundaries of Woodside High School. Daines stressed, however, that school maps do change and cautioned against parents relying on guarantees of admission to any particular school given that school boundaries frequently change.
Units in the development are expected to sell quickly due to increases in lucrative technology jobs.

“We’re seeing the Real Estate market is hot…things seem to be rebounding,” said Daines.
The information center and leasing office will be located onsite and will open in mid-July.
