Pettinelli Financial Partners Named as Finalist in National Practice of the Year Competition

Pettinelli Financial Partners of Redwood City, led by President Dennis Pettinelli, CLU, ChFC, CLTC, LUTCF, was named as a finalist in Signator’s “Practice of the Year” competition, sponsored by National Financial, for the firm’s excellence in key areas of practice management and client service.

As part of the finalist selection process, Pettinelli Financial Partners underwent a rigorous assessment conducted by the international management consulting firm Business Health, which reviewed client management, internal planning and structure, external relations, staffing and technology capabilities, and overall practice performance.

Pettinelli began his financial services career with a goal of building a successful practice and devoted client base founded on long-term relationships. As a coach and mentor, Pettinelli has recruited, trained, and developed John Hancock financial professionals in northern California for nearly 30 years. Today, he oversees a financial services firm that focuses on multi-generational planning. The firm created and implemented the Advisor Team Model, a new framework for agency organization in which each client is assigned to a team that oversees the client’s service requirements. The firm’s mission is to provide information and coaching that equip clients to make the appropriate financial decisions to meet their goals and dreams.

Pettinelli has received numerous awards over the years, including John Hancock Financial Network Representative of the Year in 2007 and 2012, MDRT Top of the Table and President’s Roundtable multiple years. In 2013 Pettinelli was named one of Signator Investors’ top ten representatives nationwide.

In order to be considered, Signator’s financial advisors must register and complete Business Health’s HealthCheck, a web-based business assessment tool that benchmarks a practice in several key areas. Among all HealthChecks received, five finalists were selected to receive a site visit from Business Health. The winner will be announced in January 2015.
