Redwood City Police Search For Missing At-Risk Man
Chang Byeon, 65, is an Asian man, 5 feet tall, weighing 90 pounds, with gray wavy hair and brown eyes last seen in Redwood City.
REDWOOD CITY, CA — Redwood City Police sought the public's help Sunday in locating an at-risk missing man.
Chang Byeon, 65, is an Asian man, 5 feet tall, weighing 90 pounds, with gray wavy hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Saturday in a Safeway at Sequoia Station in Redwood City around 2:45 p.m. He was seen wearing a puffy, dark blue down jacket, a black short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black shoes, police said.
Byeon walks with a hunched back and was carrying a black plastic bag and a long black cane.
Byeon is at risk due to dementia and diabetes, and requires medication.
