The SBSA pipeline project will be working this Saturday, January 11, and perhaps the following Saturday, for necessary pilot tubing work at Jacking Shaft 1 on Maple Street at the Docktown entrance. This is because each pilot tube bore that starts has a battery operated laser at the head. The battery operated head only lasts for 48 hours, so if they do not complete a pilot tube on Friday, then the laser at the head will be out of batteries when they commence pilot tubing on Monday. Therefore, they need to work on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to finalize the pilot tube with a functioning laser.
