4 Shot, 2 Dead In Oakland Thursday
The shooting happened in the 2400 block of 73rd Avenue, near Bancroft Avenue.

OAKLAND, CA — Two people who were killed in a shooting near the Eastmont Town Center in East Oakland on Thursday night were a 21-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man, police said.
An 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were also injured in the shooting in the 2400 block of 73rd Avenue, near Bancroft, just after 11 on Thursday, according to police.
The two surviving victims were transported to a local hospital to be treated for the gunshot wounds they suffered. Police haven't provided an update on their conditions.

Police also aren't yet releasing the names of the two people who were killed.
No arrests have been made for the shooting and investigators haven't yet determined a motive. Oakland police said anyone with information about the shooting should call their homicide unit at (510) 238-7230.
