Be the Best Dad You Can Be!

Being a dad can be a tough job. Knowing how to be a mentor, a role model, and a father all at once is complicated. That’s why we have a workshop series all about Fathering from Within, and it’s designed just for African American dads. In this four-part series, fathers will learn how to pull from inner strength to become more nurturing parents.

Many adults struggle with the challenges they faced in childhood and worry that their issues will carry over to their children. During this workshop, we’ll have a chance to explore past feelings and find new ways to change them into positive parenting tools. When parents feel confident, kids feel confident.
