Join other local families for a night of Jamaican storytelling, snacks, and crafts with author Aliona Gibson.
Join author Aliona L. Gibson as she shares her children’s book Justice pon di Road, a heart-warming Jamaican tale about the kindness of strangers and the intrigue of a foreign country. Jamaica’s true beauty lies in its people, whom we learn through this sweet story, hold children in high regard. The phrase “it takes a village to raise a child” has never rang more true than in the Caribbean’s most popular destination. The evening will also include an arts and crafts activity and light refreshments from Jamaica.
