Personal Training with Unlimited DEXA and VO2 Max

Custom Fit

Most training programs run on guesswork. Custom Fit replaces it with measurement. At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. Run those tests on a regular cadence and a member can see exactly what is changing, where, and whether a program is working — rather than relying on the scale or the mirror. That is the idea behind Custom Fit's positioning: not a gym, a performance lab. Every program is built from a member's measured body composition and cardiovascular capacity, then adjusted as the data moves. The goal is to eliminate the guesswork that defines most fitness routines and to treat training as something you can verify. The model also brings longevity diagnostics that usually live in concierge medicine into a routine training week. Body composition and cardiovascular capacity are central markers of how well a person is aging, and regular testing keeps those numbers visible rather than treating them as an occasional, expensive add-on. Actors Ensemble's first production of our 2026 Summer Season in the beautiful John Hinkel Park is&nbsp;Alice in Wonderland, adapted by Brainerd Duffield from the book by Lewis Carroll&nbsp;and directed by Michael Sally.&nbsp; Free-of-charge, reservations encouraged (especially for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility) but not necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;Presented Saturdays/Sundays &amp;&nbsp;holidays beginning Friday, July 3rd through Sunday July 19th, 2026, all&nbsp;at 4 p.m. Alice in Wonderland&nbsp;is the classic tale of young Alice, who follows the White Rabbit into a magical and mystifying world of March Hare's, Cheshire Cats, Mock Turtles, and Mad Hatters -&nbsp;among other classic characters who have enchanted young and old since Lewis Carroll first wrote down these tales to amuse himself and Alice.&nbsp; Join us this summer as we fall down the rabbit hole together!

For just the third time in its history, the city will blast off fireworks from the top of the Golden Gate Bridge in an extravaganza befitting the nation's 250th birthday! We will cruise out to the GG bridge area for a great viewing spot for the festivities. The show starts about 9:30 p.m.. and we'll return to Jack London Square after it's over, about 11 p.m.
"Desserts will be provided. Beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water will be available for purchase. Coffee, tea, and dispensed water are complimentary.
"Please check in at the Potomac Visitor Center at least 45 minutes ahead of our 8 p.m. departure.
