Family-Style Cycling Group to Roll Through Rockridge
The ride will end at the East Bay 2012 Mini Maker Faire.
GEARED 4 Kids, a casual kid-friendly bicycle riding group, will roll by Rockridge for its monthly ride in October.
The rides are open to the public and happen once a month. This month, GEARED will meet at Studio One Art Center in Oakland (see Patch's map below) on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m.
The two-and-a-half-hour ride will be about four miles long and run through a number of Oakland neighborhoods. Riders are encouraged to bring snacks to share at the occasional mid-route stop.

It will end at the East Bay 2012 Mini Maker Faire, which will be held at Park Day School, located near Oakland Technical High School.
Rockridge BART is the most convenient station for those taking public transit to get to this month's ride.
