Visions for Vacancies: Former Great Harvest Bread Company

After 20 years in business The Great Harvest Bread Company closed its doors earlier this month. The space is now vacant and ready for a new tenant.  We would like to hear what you would like to see here.

This space is located at 5800 College Ave at the corner of Birch Ct. and right across the street from Trader Joe’s.  It has a total of 1700 sq. ft. of space, high ceilings, large windows along side Birch Ct., and outside seating.  I spoke with one of the owner’s of the building and he thinks a cafe that serves light meals might really complement the neighborhood.

We would like to hear what you would like to see here.  Your suggestions will go to the building’s owners who will use it to help attract those businesses here.
