Low-Income Oakland Senior Community To Open Waiting List For Apartments

OAKLAND, CA — The waiting list for affordable one bedroom apartments for seniors at the Lakemount Apartments in Oakland will temporarily reopen for two weeks starting September 25 through October 6. Seniors 62 years of age or older, who meet the guidelines for submission, may apply.

To request an application packet, call 510-832-2018, or come to the office of Lakemount Apartments, from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p..m, Monday through Friday, at 136 E. 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94606.

A lottery for the waiting list placement will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017, in the Community Room at Lakemount. Applicants are not required to attend the lottery.
