
OAKLAND, CA — A 36-year-old man was shot in West Oakland on Wednesday night but he's expected to recover from his injuries, police said.
The shooting was reported at 7:47 p.m. in the 800 block of 30th Street, according to police.
Officers who responded to the scene found the man suffering from a gunshot wound and he was transported to a local hospital, where he's in stable condition, police said.
