OAKLAND, CA - A 27-year-old man was shot in East Oakland on Monday, according to police.
The victim was shot in the 9900 block of MacArthur Boulevard, near 99th Avenue, just before 10 p.m., police said. He made his way to the 2400 block of Truman Avenue about a block away, where he was found suffering a gunshot wound, police said.
He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
