Man's Body Found Floating Along Oakland Waterfront

OAKLAND, CA — An unresponsive man was found floating on the Oakland waterfront this morning, according to police.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of Embarcadero around 8:25 a.m. on response of a victim floating on the waterfront.

The body was recovered from the water, and the coroner's bureau is working to determine the cause of death.
