Mountain Sunrise: Photo Of The Day

OAKLAND, CA — This lovely sunrise filtered by wispy clouds was photographed by Patch reader Andy Xiang at Huckleberry Botanic Regional Preserve. Andy writes, "The sun rises with silent breathtaking power. Vegetation on hilltop gained their slender shape under the sunshine. After a moment, they regain their bright color. But they soon merged into thick coastal fog. A pretty misty foggy Sunday morning!"
