OAKLAND, CA — A man who was found fatally shot inside a home in East Oakland on Monday morning was identified by police today as 22-year-old Adrian Rios of Oakland. Officers found Rios suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when they responded to a home in the 1200 block of 95th Avenue at about 9:24 a.m. Monday after receiving a phone call from a citizen reporting that there might be a dead person there. Rios was pronounced dead at the scene.Oakland police haven't released any information about suspects or a motive in the case.— Bay City News; Image via Shutterstock
