Oakland Housing Authority Seizes Guns, Drugs, Cash
The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives assisted in the investigation.

OAKLAND, CA — Oakland Housing Authority police arrested two suspects and seized guns and cash in a series of raids in West Oakland this morning, police said. Three search warrants were served at locations associated with narcotics trafficking, according to Oakland Housing Authority police Chief Carel Duplessis.
The raids were all done between 9 and 10 a.m. at locations in the 1700 block of Ninth Street, the 1000 block of Eighth Street and the 800 block of Milton Street, Duplessis said.
The officers seized heroin, cocaine and $11,000 in cash. Lena White, 32, and Charles Dornner, 60, were both arrested, Duplessis said.

one suspect into custody.
