Oakland Man Suspected Of Selling Drugs, Having Illegal Weapon
Bobby McCoy, 41, was arrested Thursday night.

OAKLAND, CA -- An Oakland man was arrested Thursday night in Emeryville on suspicion of selling drugs and having a weapon and ammunition illegally, police said. Bobby McCoy, 41, was arrested at around 10:25 p.m. in the 3500 block of Hollis Street.
Police said their officers were in an area known for drug sales when they saw McCoy sitting in his car allegedly selling drugs.
An officer spoke with McCoy and brought in a K-9 trained in finding drugs.

Police allege they found drugs, a large amount of money, scales as well as a gun and ammunition.
Police said McCoy is a convicted felon who is prohibited from having a gun and ammunition.
