Oakland Police Witness Shooting, Arrest Suspect: Police

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.

OAKLAND, CA - Police officers in East Oakland witnessed a shooting Wednesday night and took the suspect into custody. The shooting was reported at 8:09 p.m. in the vicinity of International Boulevard and 69th Avenue.

Officers saw the suspect shoot another man, and they then took him into custody.

The victim suffered at least one gunshot wound and was transported to a hospital. He's in stable condition, according to police.
