The shooting was reported at about 3:50 a.m. in the area of East 12th Street and 15th Avenue, police said. Officers responded and got into a standoff with at least one suspect in the area. Just before 9:30 a.m., police said a suspect was taken into custody. Shortly before 10 a.m., they said a second suspect had been arrested and investigators had recovered a gun. The shooting victim was treated and released. --Bay City News
