RCPC Board Nominations Reopened, Intent-To-Run Statements Due July 31.
RCPC bylaws require that, in all Board elections, the closing date for nominations shall be no later than 120 days before the election.

RCPC bylaws require that, in all Board elections, the closing date for nominations shall be no later than 120 days before the election. The Annual Meeting originally scheduled for April 2020, including election of directors to fill six board seats for two-year terms, will now be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 7pm. Accordingly, the Board has voted to reopen the period for nominations through the end of July.
