Rockridge: Agenda For October 2020 Land Use Committee Meeting

The Land Use Committee will meet from 7:30 PM to 9 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 via Zoom. The agenda will be as follows:

1) Discussion with Darin Smith of report on results from Rockridge Housing Study. (Copy of report is attached to this article)

2) Discussion of recommendation to Board of Directors on moving ahead with traffic consultant work for analysis of CCA Redevelopment Project Draft Environmental Impact Report.

3) Progress on finalizing proposal of pedestrian/bicyclist safety mitigations using College Ave. Safeway Project settlement funds.

4) Discussion and possible recommendation to Board of Directors on Red Cross proposal to use the Levant Building as the site for its blood donation center.
